As a follow up to my telephone conversation with you, I just wanted to again express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism of the technicians that came to service my home last week in Arizona City. John, a personable young man worked late afternoon on Friday despite having a young family at home waiting for him. He was friendly and thorough yet worked efficiently to get the job done. I also appreciate having technicians working for you living close proximity to our service our area. Thank you for looking at local talent. Jared, another technician, came bright and early on a Saturday morning for termite work. He began his work promptly at 7:00, the agreed upon time, and worked until the job was completed at 2:00 pm despite the 100 degree heat. He was very skilled in his job, and found the termite pathway even though the pathway disappeared when I had my walk through inspection with you. Within 10 minutes of his own walk through, Jared asked me to clean out a closet in my basement so that he could drill behind a stairwell where he suspected the activity was coming from. Of course, he was accurate in his assessment and took the time to show me the activity with his camera. He reported to me that he believed he was very good at his job, an assessment that I too share. I wondered how many people actually took to time to share this information with his supervisor. Hence my call to you today. You know from our conversation, that I had a choice in my selection of companies for this service. Having been with another company years ago the decision to start with Truly Nolen was a good choice for me. From my initial conversation with you James to the service technicians, I have been very pleased. Thank you for the quality work your company provided during this initial orientation to Truly Nolen.
