Hello, It's not often that I feel compelled to comment on someone's work. However, the service provided by your technician German R is truly outstanding. German takes care of our property in Escondido, CA and is one of the most pleasant and courteous service persons we have ever encountered. He is always cheerful and is very very thorough in all that he does and takes the time to carefully explain his findings. German represents your company extremely well and we could not be happier with his service at our house. I hope this comment can find its way to German's supervisor and into his employee records. Truly Nolen should be proud to have such a great guy on staff.

Maralena Cole has been the technician/supervisor who has come to my home over a number of years. It was she, as a matter of fact, who suggested to a reporter from the San Diego Union that I would be willing to be interviewed about termites on my property, and although I mentioned Truly Nolan several times in the interview, my satisfaction with your services was not mentioned in the article. Maralena is meticulous about every detail. When she takes down the cover from my attic, she never damages the paint, as others have. She recently recommended that I have a cleaning service out to clean the attic, somethig that has probably been needed for years. She draws her direction for the workers perfectly and gives them detailed instructions. I think many of your loyal customers continue to use Truly Nolan because of Maralena. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but her attitudes are professional, helpful beyond just satisfactory. The other week when the Union published the list of Best Services in all areas of San Diego, Truly Nolan was not one of the top five in pest control. I was surprised, even shocked, but then I must guess that not all of your employees are as well-treained and interested in seeing that clients are totally happy as Maralena is! One does not always stop to write a letter of appreciation, and I imagine that many are just happy to get rid of their pests.
