I am in charge of the Rental Department at Christopher Realty on Isles of Capri. I handle close to 75 properties here on Capri and our company holds keys to over 400. One of the most important jobs I have here is to find honest dependable vendors to service those properties. It hasn't always been easy. Which leads me to my point of writing you today. I wanted to write a short letter on behalf of one of your technicians, Paul Woodward (Marco Island branch). I have been working with Paul since he first came on board at Truly Nolen about four years ago and am just as impressed with his performance as the day he started. Paul is knowledgeable, dependable, personable, and most of all trustworthy. In fact, I was so impressed with him (and rather disgusted with our other pest control company) that after speaking with many of my owners, decided to switch many of our accounts over to Paul and Truly Nolen.I feel the need to say we switched to both Paul as well as Truly Nolen because he was indeed the procuring cause. There have been occasions where I was not happy with a Truly Nolen technician, but that is no longer the case. When I recommend Truly Nolen, I always make sure to say, "ask for Paul". He has always had the answer - good or bad - I know it's what needs to be done.Paul represents the company as one he truly believes in and enjoys working for. He believes in the product and that comes across in his work. When he is explaining what needs to be done - he always includes WHY it needs to be done and HOW it will be done. This is very important for many of my owners who want to know every detail before making a decision. We need a picture - Paul draws it for us. Trust is very important when you are dealing with someone's home, especially when you are dealing with absentee owners. Many people do not want someone in their property when they are not home and they do not want to work with someone who sees them as a "sale" rather than a person. For years in the seventy's I was a chemical consultant to the Kentucky Pest Control Association. Consequently I can judge the knowledge, skill and competency of your branch employees, especially Paul W, Rick A and Joe P. All are extremely knowledgeable, skilled in their work and very professional. Too often customers will not take the time to craft a letter to their supervisors and pay compliment to the very professional employees.
