We recently had some problems with rodents entering the attic of our home. Truly Nolan was recommended by a friend as the people that could thoroughly take care of the problem. A young man by the name of Patrick K. was referred to us. We called Patrick and were delighted that he could find time in his busy schedule to come over to our house that same afternoon. Patrick checked the attic and did find some rodent activity. He personally sat down with us and explained the process that Truly uses to get rid of the problem. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professional presentation, that we agreed to the treatment. Patrick has been very attentive and vigilant in helping us to solve the problem. Unfortunately, after the program was completed, the problem once again returned. We called Patrick again and he personally took the project on. He has returned repeatedly and every time has been polite and professional. He has a wonderful work ethic and constantly aims to please the customer. He is still monitoring the problem to this day and will not quit until the rodent problem is solved. He follows up on every phone call, and never ignores our calls or concerns. He is a delight to work with and is always happy and cheerful when he sees us. Patrick is the type of employee I would absolutely want to represent my company. His work ethic surpasses any that I know, he has a wonderful customer rapport and is thorough with his inspections and follow up visits. Patrick will not quit until we have completely eradicated this problem. It is our pleasure to recommend your company and Patrick to any of our neighbors who encounter this problem. Nowadays, it is not often that one is able to say that they received service, professionalism and satisfaction all in the same sentence with regard to a company and their employee. We would like to say how professional Jay is when he comes to our home. He is polite and even though Starr our dog barks at him he stays calm and she finally settles down. He is courteous and always asking us how we are. We are glad you have Jay working for you. If we need to show him or ask him something he always answers us in terms we can understand. He is never late always on time when he says he is coming. Jay is a great worker hope you keep him around.
