Hi, I just wanted to share with you how nice it is having Juan as our exterminator. He is so patient with my questions and teaches me prevention, a big part of it. He also checks all the areas that concern me, comes out again if the problem reoccurs. We have continued our service several years now for this reason. How do you train your employees to always do a great job with a smile every time he comes to my house. This man is very extraordinary, one of a kind. When I owned my own business I never had the opportunity to employ someone like Juan and if I had atleast (3) of him I would most likely still be in business today.
