I wanted to take a moment to recognize Darnell for his outstanding work and excellent customer service. Darnell has been to my house a few times to service pest control and with each visit I am amazed at the level of customer service he delivers. Darnell did my very first visit and sprayed in all the plug sockets, under sinks, in bathrooms etc. He explained everything to me as far as my service and gave me a great level of comfort with switching to a new company. My most recent visit from Darnell was on 8/31/11. My termite inspector notified me that my attic was infested with white footed white ants and they were coming from my neighbors’ tree that was touching my roof. I called Truly Nolen and Darnell came out to take a look and spray my attic. I told Darnell I had just had a tree guy come out that same day and quoted me over $1,200 to trim my neighbors’ tree that was a live oak and I was going to get more quotes. Darnell took care of spraying my attic and also sprayed the rest of my property while he was there too. He inspected their tree and looked for any other problem spots. After Darnell had sprayed he offered to trim down a few of the smaller branches that the ants were using to come on to my roof to buy me some time till I had a tree company trim some of the larger branches. I know this is not part of Darnell’s job but he did it anyway. Darnell exhibits genuine care for his work and really takes pride in what he does. I hope Darnell is always my pest guy and he does your company proud. If only every employee could be like Darnell! It is employees like Darnell that will ensure customers stay with your company and I’m sure I’m not the first customer to feel compelled to report what an amazing employee Darnell is.

I own a relatively new restaurant (I opened in August of 2010) in Lakewood Ranch. The pest control company I hired were doing on ok job – I haven’t had any pest problems of any kind, so they were in maintenance mode. Over the last few months, the bar area – had a increasing population of fruit flies. We tried all of the traditional remedies, and even had our pest control company come out and treat the area. The situation improved for a little while, until recently, when it became worse than ever! I made 3 phone calls over the course of 2 weeks to have someone come out and treat the area again – but it was to no avail. I couldn’t get anyone to return my phone calls, let alone come out to the store. Finally last Wednesday - 4/20, a mutual friend put me in contact with Marc Bowie, a manager at your Brandon location, who was more than willing to help! Marc was extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive and responsive. Within an hour and a half, he had the Sarasota area inspector at my store, John who was also professional and knowledgeable. John had proposed a plan for all of my pest prevention and current fruit fly situation which impressed me, so I signed up on the spot! The technician arrived this morning for our first service and things look better already. Looking forward to a great working relationship with Truly Nolen!
