I would like to tell you about a fantastic customer service experience I had with Mike Paige and Mike Young during a recent service call. First of all it was summer and I had a houseful of kids...Mike Paige brought in some coloring books for the kids and they loved them. It kept them quiet while the service call went on. In addition I asked Mike Paige to have a talk with my kids about eating at the table so they don't attract roaches. Something about hearing this from the "bug guy" means more than if I nag them about it. He gave them all a lecture in "kid terms" and they all agreed to not carry food around the house. In addition to that the kids saw Mike's car with the ears and asked if they could go outside to touch the ears and tail. Mike was very patient and answered all their questions about why he drives the car he does. Now for the biggest shout out to Mike Paige and Mike Young. I had two non-posionous black racer snakes in my yard and they both caught them and released them in the pond down the street. That made my day as I am very afraid of snakes and my husband was at work! I will let all of my friends and neighbors know about this fantastic service.

I just wanted to send a thank you for your wonderful employee, Mike Paige. We found mice in our house two nights ago around 7pm and he made himself available to come out and help us. He was here very late and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's great to know you have such personable people working at Truly Nolen. Thanks
