I am a long time customer of yours and wanted to pass on my thanks to Marshall Ray at Tucson branch for going outside his normal duties helping me humanly catch a stray litter of cats . Humane Society of Southern Arizona was of little help, more harm than help . And knowing Marshall as well as I do, he is a level headed caring guy. I asked for him because I was able to catch the mother and 2 kittens but the last one i could not catch . I knew the kitten was on death's door and knew even though he made it through last night's big freeze, tonight's was going to be worse than last night and I knew he would not survive . So I called asking for Marshall being a Disabled Army and police Vet. my income for the month had been used up trying to catch the mommy and the litter so i could not afford a animal catching service so he came and helped me catch the last kitten in a hard to get to area and we were able to rescue it before the daylight went out and now maybe God willing he gets a caring home rather than freeze to death. Marshall helped me after hours on his own time . Myself, my mom and brother have always been fond of him and kept Truly Nolen being the service and him even though we have had cheaper offers from others companies but want to keep the kind of service that Marshall and the other guys like him offer. Never once he gave us a rush job like so many other companies will do to move on to the next dollar .
