Truly Nolen and The Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure

Truly Nolen’s Phoenix, Arizona branches participated in the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure on Sunday, October 12, 2014. Showing support for the communities we serve, and on a mission to add value to the lives we touch, Truly Nolen employees, their families and friends joined thousands of Phoenicians as they walked the 5 kilometer route through downtown Phoenix helping raise money and awareness for the cause.

This event brought several Truly Nolen branches together as Truly Nolen of Tempe, Truly Nolen of Phoenix, Truly Nolen of Chandler, Truly Nolen of Sun City and Truly Nolen of Mesa all participated!

Charity Bed Bug Cleanup

August 2014

On August 25th, 2014 we had the opportunity to help a less fortunate family in dire need of removing some nasty critters from their home. The entire branch went out to a home with a mother and four children that financially couldn’t afford the expensive cost of remediation. We spent over 30 man hours performing service and making sure that their family could now sleep safe at night and not have to worry about bites.

Cleaned up Lakeside Park

April 2014

On April 22nd, 2014 we attended a park for our community event.  We were surprised to find a school of kids there on a field trip / picnic.  We began our clean up with trash bags and gloves.  The team split up and spread out through across the park.  We collected over 7 full trashbags and also found a bee hive at the park very close to the kids.  We informed all the teachers to ensure they keep the kids away and also notified the local parks and rec crew about the concern.  We even had a fun little race prior to helping out our community and ensuring a safe environment for the animals at the park and the citizens who visit it!
