As a Customer Service Representative in our call center you will be responsible for responding to and tracking customer inquiries via phone call, email, and chat. Our CSR’s enhance our field teams, so that we can continue to provide dependability and quality service as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Bilingual English / Spanish a plus! We are seeking fulltime employees.
- Inbound calls relating to existing and new service
- Scheduling service appointments and sales leads
- Data Entry while ensuring accuracy of information
