TUCSON, Ariz. (February 3, 2026) – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Oscar Avila to Manager of the company’s Naples (Fla.) service office at 3839 Domestic Avenue.
Avila joined Truly Nolen as a Manager-in-Training in 2022 and was most recently manager of the company’s Cape Coral service office in Lee County. Prior to joining the company, he worked for another pest control company for three years as a branch manager. Avila double majored and graduated with a degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Tennessee.
Some of Avila’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain visibility within the local Naples community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“What excites me about my current role is being entrusted with one of our company’s signature locations, especially since this is the one in the same city as where the late Mr. Nolen resided.
