TUCSON, Ariz. (January 20, 2026) – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of James Adams to National Contract & Asset Manager. He will also remain based at the company’s Chandler (Ariz.) service office at 150 W. Elliot Rd., Suite #9.
Adams joined Truly Nolen in May 2011 and has held multiple positions within the company. In February 2022, he became the Area Manager overseeing Phoenix, Prescott, and Flagstaff. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Adams worked in management for Sony as part of a 14-year tenure in retail management with most of his time spent working for Hollywood Video as a store manager, district manager, and regional manager. He attended the University of Arizona where he studied Biology.
Some of Adams’ new responsibilities will include overseeing property and lease management, fleet oversight, customer contract review, and customer damage claims.
