TUCSON, Ariz. (February 10, 2026) – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Michallea Small to Operations Manager of the company’s Brandon (Fla.) service office at 1626 E. State Road 60, Suite #102.
Small joined Truly Nolen in 2020 as a Termite Technician in Phoenix and became a Termite Supervisor before entering the company’s Manager-in-Training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, she worked in Retail Management at companies such as Famous Footwear and Ross, and she also spent 12 years in the Supermarket Industry. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Business with a minor in Illustration at Fullerton College in California.
Some of Small’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office continue to maintain visibility with the local Brandon community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
