TUCSON, Ariz. (February 17, 2026) – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Gustavo “Gus” Alvare to Operations Manager of the company’s South Miami service office at 14801 Bethune Dr., Unit #3.
Alvare joined Truly Nolen in March 2025 as a Manager-In-Training. Prior to joining the company, he was a manager for six years in the automotive industry with Safelite Auto Glass and Hertz, as well as five years in the food industry with Burger King. He holds a Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management from Miami-Dade College and an MBA from Valencia International University in Spain.
Some of Alvare’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local South Miami community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
