Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Michael Barcelo to Sales Supervisor of the company’s Customer Care Center in Tucson, Ariz.
Barcelo has been with Truly Nolen since 2008 when he joined the company as a salesman at the Tucson service office. In 2009, he transferred to the Customer Care Center team and has served as an Agent and a Team Leader.
Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Barcelo, who attended Pima Community College in Tucson, spent almost six years with Papagayo Mexican Restaurant in a variety of roles.
In his new role, Barcelo will be coaching and developing team members, helping to provide a successful environment for the company’s employees, and providing customer service for the company’s customers and potential customers.
